GEMS Safety Surveyor is a program to input Safety Surveys in the field at job locations. Once the safety survey is done it can be submitted to the server via the Internet for review, approval and action. This program is designed to replace the paper safety survey & clip board. It allows the user to work offline from the Internet while doing the survey. Once completed the user connects to the Internet and submits the survey. Then any valid user can review, approve and take on the survey view any computers attach to the Internet. Below are screenshots of GEMS Safety Surveyor.
